Overview

Ecole Zahrat-El-Ihsan, founded in 1881, the first modern school for young Orthodox girls opened its doors and welcomed its students. The nascent school quickly spread roots as the community swiftly recognized the power of education in opening the path for the social advancement of their girls and in preparing them to meet the challenges of change that a new age and century would bring along.
